New to Yoga?

Consider these helpful tips for new yogis:

Tips for Studio & Online classes:
-Arrive 15 minutes before class

-Wear comfortable clothes
-Light snacks only, if needed before class

-Hydrate before, during, and after class
-Please remove shoes and socks

-Please turn off cell phones
Additional Tips to enhance your online class experience
Place yoga mat in a quiet relaxing area
Put cellphone or laptop at the front of your mat (short end of the mat)
Place device pointing mid body level (so I can see you)
Have props close to you.
If you don't have ​yoga props be creative. 
Use pillows, blankets, books, chairs.
Lower the lights and add your favorite essential oil
Remember this is your practice
​Honor your body.
