Tips for Studio & Online classes: -Arrive 15 minutes before class -Wear comfortable clothes -Light snacks only, if needed before class -Hydrate before, during, and after class -Please remove shoes and socks -Please turn off cell phones Additional Tips to enhance your online class experience Place yoga mat in a quiet relaxing area Put cellphone or laptop at the front of your mat (short end of the mat) Place device pointing mid body level (so I can see you) Have props close to you. If you don't have yoga props be creative. Use pillows, blankets, books, chairs. Lower the lights and add your favorite essential oil Remember this is your practice Honor your body.
